Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in the quality and freshness of our cookies and DIY kits. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we have the following policy in place:

Cookies (Fresh Baked)

All cookie sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on baked goods due to their perishable nature.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@nextlevelgrains.com

DIY Kits

DIY kits may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Items arrive damaged or missing
  • You receive the wrong product

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement kit, or
  • Store credit

Due to food safety standards, we cannot accept returns of opened kits.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. However, if your order arrives in poor condition due to transit, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
