Groatie is made with whole oat groats that are rolled fresh and fresh-milled flour ground just before baking. The result is an oatmeal raisin cookie with richer flavor, heartier texture, and the wholesome goodness of grains at their freshest.

Unlike conventional rolled oats that may sit on shelves for months, we roll whole oat groats just before baking to preserve their natural flavor, texture, and nutrition.
